De technici hebben minimaal een set notebooks of computerschermen, meestal checklists en procedures voor probleemoplossing om te reageren op het typische gebruikersprobleem. Maar is dit het beste gebruik van de helpdeskbronnen van het bedrijf? Nee. Checklists en procedures bieden vaak niet de diepgaande informatie die nodig is om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen. Een gezamenlijke aanpak is waarschijnlijker om deze problemen aan te pakken. Dat roept natuurlijk de vraag op: wie moet er beschikbaar zijn voor samenwerking? Is er een standaard personeelsbestand dat in een helpdeskteam zou moeten zitten?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bron expertise uit het hele team<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Een effectief helpdeskteam moet bestaan uit de technicus die de klant helpt, de mensen die de software hebben ontworpen en ontwikkeld, het configuratiebeheer en, soms, de klant die wordt ondersteund.
