Waarom?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u00e9n enkele bron van klantgegevens<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Omdat een gecombineerde database u \u00e9\u00e9n enkele bron van klantinformatie, systeemproblemen en systeemoplossingen biedt. Als je twee of meer databases hebt, met twee of meer invoerbronnen, zullen invoerfouten snel databases cre\u00ebren die gevuld zijn met tegenstrijdige informatie. Een enkele bron (met behulp van een enkele invoerinterface) garandeert de gegevensintegriteit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uw klantenservicemedewerkers praten met uw klanten. Als ze met hen praten, horen ze over verbeteringen die de gebruiker graag zou willen zien. Ze leren over de subtiliteiten van het systeem die de gebruiker irriteren, maar stijgen nooit tot het niveau van echt irriterend. Ze horen over een probleem dat een gebruiker had, maar er op dat moment voor koos dit niet te melden.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maakt het verzamelen van feedback van klanten mogelijk<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En als u wilt voorkomen dat mensen van technicus naar technicus worden gestuurd, kunnen de verkopers een basisticket maken dat kan worden vrijgegeven aan het helpdesksysteem. Nogmaals, een enkel punt voor gegevensinvoer, een enkel gegevensitem om te volgen. En vergeet niet dat we multi-stream communicatie aanbieden om de gebruiker betrokken te houden bij vele aspecten van de inspanning om een oplossing te cre\u00ebren. En een klant die ziet dat er moeite wordt gedaan om hem of haar tevreden te houden, is een klant die er waarschijnlijk voor kiest om bij u en de diensten die u aanbiedt te blijven.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tel daarbij op dat de verkopers het helpdesksysteem niet hoeven te leren. De helpdeskdatabase voedt de CRM en het CRM-systeem voedt de helpdesk. De een hoeft de ander niet te zien. De enige vereiste is dat de juiste gegevens zowel in de helpdesk als in CRM beschikbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laat vertegenwoordigers belangrijke informatie rechtstreeks met klanten communiceren!<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indien correct geconfigureerd, biedt de interface tussen helpdesk en CRM verschillende kritieke mogelijkheden voor de verkopers. Als de interface tickets en fixes terugstuurt naar de verkopers, kunnen de verkopers met hun klant communiceren over de status van de fixes of de upgrades. Als de helpdesk inderdaad informatie of opmerkingen van alle niveaus van de productontwikkeling opneemt, kunnen ze de gebruiker, de klant, gedetailleerde informatie verstrekken en hen ook een idee geven van de toewijding van het bedrijf aan hun tevredenheid. En natuurlijk is de kans veel groter dat een tevreden klant bij u blijft en veel meer geneigd is uw diensten of product aan iemand anders aan te bevelen.
