Nadat 7 dagen zijn verstreken, wordt het ticket definitief verwijderd uit OneDesk. Op elk moment binnen deze periode kunt u het ticket dat was gepland voor verwijdering terugzetten in de oude status zonder enige informatie te verliezen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deleting-a-ticket-in-onedesk\">Een ticket verwijderen in OneDesk<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om een ticket in te plannen voor verwijdering, navigeert u eerst naar de tickets-applicatie in OneDesk. Selecteer vervolgens het ticket dat u wilt verwijderen. Selecteer aan de linkerkant de drie stippen in de kolom &#8220;acties&#8221;. Vanaf hier kunt u ervoor kiezen om het ticket te verwijderen.<br\/><br\/>Nadat je de optie om je ticket te verwijderen hebt geselecteerd, wordt je gevraagd om te bevestigen dat je het ticket wilt plannen voor verwijdering. Als u &#8220;Schema voor verwijdering&#8221; selecteert, wordt het ticket uit uw weergave verplaatst en na 7 dagen verwijderd.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/delete-ticket.png\" alt=\"ticket verwijderen\" class=\"wp-image-142350\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accessing-your-to-be-deleted-tickets\">Toegang tot uw te verwijderen tickets<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra u een ticket heeft ingepland voor verwijdering, wordt het ticket uit uw weergave verwijderd en gearchiveerd in een &#8216;Archivering&#8217;-project in OneDesk. Als u de verwijdering ongedaan wilt maken, moet u de mogelijkheid om gearchiveerde projecten te zien aanzetten.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om het project te zien waarin uw ticket is gearchiveerd, navigeert u eerst naar de applicatie &#8216;Projecten&#8217; aan de linkerkant van de OneDesk-interface. Selecteer vervolgens in de rechterbovenhoek het actiemenu (drie stippen) en vink <strong>beide vakjes<\/strong> aan: &#8220;toon alle projecten&#8221; en &#8220;toon gearchiveerde projecten&#8221;. U ziet nu een project met de titel &#8220;Gearchiveerde items (huidig jaar)&#8221;.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/archived-items.png\" alt=\"gearchiveerde items\" class=\"wp-image-142339\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terugkerend naar de tickets-applicatie, is het gearchiveerde project nu zichtbaar met ons ticket dat volgens de planning erin zal worden verwijderd. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/project-now-visible.png\" alt=\"gearchiveerd project zichtbaar\" class=\"wp-image-142361\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-restoring-a-ticket-scheduled-for-deletion\">Een ticket herstellen dat is gepland voor verwijdering<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt een ticket dat is gepland voor verwijdering op elk moment herstellen voordat de 7 dagen in het gearchiveerde project zijn verstreken. Om het betreffende ticket te herstellen, selecteert u eerst het ticket in het gearchiveerde project. Selecteer vervolgens de drie stippen in de actiekolom en selecteer &#8220;Herstellen&#8221;.<br\/><br\/>Als u deze optie selecteert, wordt het ticket uit het archief gehaald en de planning voor verwijdering ongedaan gemaakt. Bovendien zal OneDesk proberen het ticket terug te plaatsen in projecten en mappen waartoe het behoorde voordat het werd gepland voor verwijdering. Als de map is verwijderd, wordt het ticket aan het einde van het project geplaatst.
