Deze widgets hebben vergelijkbare functies, maar er zijn omstandigheden waarin u er de voorkeur aan geeft om de ene op uw website in te sluiten boven de andere.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beide widget-opties zijn bedoeld om primair door uw klanten te worden gebruikt, maar kunnen ook worden ingelogd door een interne gebruiker in uw organisatie. Gebruikers kunnen andere informatie zien dan uw klanten, omdat ze hun eigen gesprekken in de Messenger-toepassing en hun eigen ingediende items (afhankelijk van instellingen) in de klantportal zullen zien. Grotere pictogrammen en tekst zorgen voor een beter navigeerbare ervaring voor gebruikers en klanten die de widget openen vanaf een tablet of mobiel apparaat. <strong>Beide widgets<\/strong> kunnen echter worden gebruikt vanaf elk apparaat waarmee uw klanten uw website bezoeken.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-language-offerings\"><strong>Taalaanbod<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OneDesk-klantwidget<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Het klantportaal van de OneDesk-klantwidget kan handmatig door u of uw gebruikers worden vertaald. Toegang tot <strong>meer toepassingen &#8211;<\/strong>&gt; <strong>Administratie &#8211;<\/strong>&gt; <strong>Klant-apps<\/strong> in de hoofdtoepassing van OneDesk en download, bewerk en upload uw vertaalbestand. Selecteer het hamburgermenu in de rechterbovenhoek van de widget, vervolgens uw naam en selecteer in de vervolgkeuzelijst &#8220;Taal&#8221; naar welke taal u uw apps wilt vertalen.<ul><li>Merk op dat deze vertalingen automatisch worden gedaan &#8211; er kunnen af en toe fouten worden gevonden.
