Her er de viktigste: <\/p><ul><li>Billetter \u2013 Representerer en foresp\u00f8rsel fra en kunde eller sluttbruker.<\/li><li>Prosjekter \u2013 Prosjekter kan ogs\u00e5 ha forskjellige navn, for eksempel containere. Prosjekter grupperer og organiserer relaterte saker. <ul><li>Inntaksprosjekt \u2013 Inntaksprosjektet er et spesialprosjekt som er merket med et gult innboksikon. Hver kundeorganisasjon kan ha ett aktivt inntaksprosjekt. Saker fra organisasjonen vil automatisk bli rutet til dette prosjektet. F\u00f8rste gang et nytt domene sender deg en sak, vil et inntaksprosjekt bli opprettet, og p\u00e5f\u00f8lgende saker vil bli rutet til det.   <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Mapper \u2013 Grupper relaterte saker i et prosjekt.
