Det forhindrer dem i \u00e5 l\u00f8pe rundt og pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 adressere alt og til slutt adressere ingenting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En helpdesk-st\u00f8ttek\u00f8 skal st\u00f8tte et sett med data som gj\u00f8r det mulig for helpdesk-teknikeren \u00e5 utf\u00f8re triage.
