Det er mange forskjellige versjoner av &#8220;smidige&#8221; metoder, og form\u00e5let med dette innlegget er ikke \u00e5 g\u00e5 gjennom de enda en gang. I stedet vil jeg dekke noen av funksjonene i OneDesk som prim\u00e6rt er rettet mot smidig prosjektledelse. Du b\u00f8r merke deg at en av de mer unike tingene OneDesk bringer til bordet, er muligheten til \u00e5 kombinere smidig og tradisjonell visning av prosjektene dine, noe som gir en mer hybrid tiln\u00e6rming til prosjektledelse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poeng og poengkapasitet<\/strong><br \/>\nPoeng er en stand-in for innsats. N\u00e5r et selskap \u00f8nsker \u00e5 estimere arbeidet som er involvert i \u00e5 utf\u00f8re en oppgave, men ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 investere tid og krefter i \u00e5 gi en detaljert estimering, kan de bruke et poengsystem. Dette betyr at i stedet for \u00e5 regne ut antall arbeidstimer det vil ta, vil de tildele det en verdi p\u00e5 poengskala.<\/p>\n<p>For eksempel kan selskapet ha bestemt seg for en 3-punkts skala der 1-poeng er veldig enkelt (et par timer), 2-poeng er middels (en dag eller s\u00e5) og 3-poeng er vanskelig (et par dager ). Hver oppgave tildeles deretter en verdi fra 1 til 3 poeng. Siden dette er et s\u00e5 grovt estimat, tar det veldig lite tid \u00e5 gj\u00f8re, og dermed reduseres kostnadene for prosjektplanlegging.<\/p>\n<p>Arbeidet blir deretter brutt ned i iterasjoner eller sprints (i OneDesk er dette prosjekter), hvor hver skal planlegges \u00e5 v\u00e6re like n\u00e5r det gjelder innsats. For \u00e5 utjevne disse prosjektene tildeler du en poengkapasitet for prosjektet. For eksempel kan du bestemme at gjentakelsene dine skal ha en kapasitet p\u00e5 50 poeng. Deretter legger du til oppgaver i prosjektet til du n\u00e5r den kapasiteten.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 oppgaveegenskapene viser OneDesk poengene du har satt for den oppgaven. Dette er en lett tiln\u00e6rming til oppgaveoppdateringer der brukeren bare kan dra og slippe oppgaven sin fra en kolonne til en annen for \u00e5 oppdatere statusen, og dra vertikalt for \u00e5 ombestille. S\u00e5 hvis et prosjekt g\u00e5r bra, b\u00f8r du se at trendlinjen faller n\u00e5r oppgavene er fullf\u00f8rt og antall gjenv\u00e6rende poeng avtar (i bildet mitt under g\u00e5r ikke prosjektet). OneDesk registrerer denne daglige statistikken og viser disse egenskapene p\u00e5 prosjektets dashbord.
