Over tid blir disse prosjektene mer og mer raffinerte til de (forh\u00e5pentligvis) g\u00e5r som smurt. OneDesk st\u00f8tter slike repeteringsprosjekter og har verkt\u00f8y som lar deg forbedre dem basert p\u00e5 suksessene fra tidligere iterasjoner.<\/p>\n<h3>Malprosjekter<\/h3>\n<p>Kjerneideen til et malprosjekt er \u00e5 spare deg for bryet med \u00e5 lage identiske sett med oppgaver om og om igjen. OneDesk tar seg av dette ved \u00e5 tillate deg \u00e5 b\u00e5de importere og klone prosjekter.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du allerede har et prosjekt som du bruker som mal, kan du importere det direkte til OneDesk. Bare g\u00e5 til<strong> Prosjekter<\/strong> applikasjonen og velg<strong> Import<\/strong> fra<strong> Verkt\u00f8y<\/strong> Meny. Deretter kan du laste opp en fil i MPP \/ MPT (Microsoft Project) eller CSV-format. N\u00e5r du er lastet opp, vil du f\u00e5 noen alternativer f\u00f8r du begynner p\u00e5 importen. Alt du trenger \u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 velge<strong> Klon<\/strong> fra handlingsmenyen (tre prikker) ved siden av prosjektet du vil lage en kopi av. Hvis du vil kopiere flere prosjekter, kan du velge flere valg f\u00f8r du klikker p\u00e5 klone. Dette er enkelt \u00e5 gj\u00f8re ved \u00e5 bare endre malprosjektet slik at neste gang du kloner det, vil det ha de siste beste metodene dine. Avgrens det ved \u00e5 legge til flere oppgaver, endre oppgavestimater eller gj\u00f8re nye oppgaver.<\/p>\n<p>OneDesk gj\u00f8r det enkelt \u00e5 se hvordan du kan forbedre et prosjekt. Du kan gj\u00f8re dette ved \u00e5 se p\u00e5 gantt-diagrammet til et ferdig prosjekt. P\u00e5 gantt vil du se b\u00e5de de planlagte (bl\u00e5) og de faktiske (gr\u00f8nne) stolpene for hver oppgave. Dette lar deg enkelt sammenligne det du planla visuelt med det som faktisk skjedde.
