Du tenker kanskje at brukerst\u00f8ttefunksjonene er alt du trenger, og lurer p\u00e5 hvorfor du skal bry deg med prosjekter. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her er hvorfor: Prosjekter fungerer som kraftige beholdere som hjelper deg med \u00e5 organisere og dele elementer effektivt. De lar deg kontrollere synligheten, slik at bare de riktige brukerne eller kundene kan se informasjonen de trenger. Selv om du ikke planlegger \u00e5 fordype deg i prosjektledelse, anbefaler vi fortsatt \u00e5 bruke prosjekter for \u00e5 holde orden p\u00e5 sakene dine.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enten du ser etter avanserte planleggingsalternativer som Gantt-diagrammer eller kalendervisninger, trenger \u00e5 spore tid og fakturering, eller bare \u00f8nsker en enkel m\u00e5te \u00e5 organisere oppgavene dine p\u00e5 uten den ekstra kompleksiteten, tilbyr OneDesk fleksibilitet som passer dine behov.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du har full kontroll over hvordan du konfigurerer prosjektdetaljene dine \u2013 bare g\u00e5 til prosjektinnstillingene i administrasjonspanelet for \u00e5 tilpasse arbeidsflyten. For \u00e5 gj\u00f8re ting enda enklere har vi redesignet prosjektdetaljpanelet for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det mer intuitivt, noe som sikrer en smidigere og mer effektiv brukeropplevelse. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.onedesk.com\/cware\/view\/5f1029ae-890a-421e-a961-70e69aa92989\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-members-tab\">1 &#8211; Medlemsfanen<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har gjort det enklere \u00e5 administrere prosjektf\u00f8lgere i OneDesk! N\u00e5 finner du bruker- og kundef\u00f8lgere p\u00e5 h\u00f8yre side av prosjektdetaljpanelet. Herfra kan du legge til medlemmer \u2013 enten det er individuelle brukere eller hele team \u2013 for \u00e5 f\u00f8lge prosjektet, samt legge til kundef\u00f8lgere. Det er enkelt \u00e5 administrere f\u00f8lgere: du kan raskt legge til eller fjerne brukere, og til og med justere rollene deres direkte fra dette panelet, noe som gir deg full kontroll over hvem som holder seg oppdatert om prosjektets fremdrift.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-project-work-invoicing-panel-and-items-kpi\">2 &#8211; Prosjektarbeid\/faktureringspanel og KPI-er for varer<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har gjort det enklere \u00e5 administrere viktige prosjektdetaljer. Planlagt timeplan, fakturerbare timer, faktureringsmetode og elementlenker har n\u00e5 sine egne separate paneler. Du kan tilpasse disse panelene eller fjerne dem helt, alt gjennom prosjektinnstillingene i administrasjonsdelen. Dette gir deg st\u00f8rre fleksibilitet til \u00e5 skreddersy prosjektoppsettet ditt til dine spesifikke behov.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-unschedule-your-projects\">3 &#8211; Avplanlegg prosjektene dine<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du kan n\u00e5 fjerne tidsplanen for prosjekter (og oppgaver) og merke dem som <em>ikke-planlagt<\/em> . Denne funksjonen lar deg effektivt administrere hasteprosjekter eller improviserte prosjekter som ikke krever en fastsatt tidslinje, samtidig som du holder de planlagte prosjektene dine organisert og p\u00e5 rett spor. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-easily-identify-project-templates\">4 &#8211; Identifiser prosjektmaler enkelt<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r du n\u00e5 angir et prosjekt som en mal (4), oppdateres ikonet automatisk til standardmalikonet (5). P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten kan du raskt se hvilke prosjekter i OneDesk-kontoen din som er maler. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-portfolios\">Portef\u00f8ljer<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vil du f\u00e5 mest mulig ut av portef\u00f8ljene dine? N\u00e5 kan du legge til eller fjerne elementer og KPI-er for timeregistrering, samt inkludere en beskrivelse for \u00e5 gi portef\u00f8ljene dine mer kontekst. Spor enkelt antall prosjekter og elementer i portef\u00f8ljen din, og hold oversikt over fakturerbare, fakturerte og godkjente timeregistreringer.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tillegg kan du kontrollere synligheten til portef\u00f8ljen din, og velge om den er tilgjengelig for alle eller bare for forfatteren og prosjektf\u00f8lgere.
