Aqui, pode v\u00ea-los na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de tarefas, os meus itens s\u00e3o as minhas tarefas. No pedido de ingressos, os meus artigos s\u00e3o os meus bilhetes. Pode ser agrupado em projetos como voc\u00ea v\u00ea aqui, e eu posso criar um novo clicando adicionar e selecionando o tipo que eu gostaria de criar. Ent\u00e3o, se eu gostaria de criar um novo bilhete, dar-lhe um nome e cri\u00e1-lo. Aparece na minha lista.<\/p>\n<p>Pode ter at\u00e9 30 tipos diferentes de itens na sua conta OneDesk. Eis como podes pensar isso. Clique em administra\u00e7\u00e3o e selecione o tipo de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o a que gostaria de adicionar um tipo. Por exemplo, na minha aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de bilhetes, tenho um tipo, apenas o bilhete gen\u00e9rico. Se eu quiser adicionar mais, mostro tipos ocultos e posso ligar outros tipos de bilhetes. Para cada um deles, posso dar-lhe um nome, posso mudar o seu \u00edcone, e o mais importante, eu posso gerir os status dele para que eu possa modificar as cores, modificar os v\u00e1rios estados diferentes que vamos passar e escolher um padr\u00e3o. Agora, quando clicar em adicionar, ver\u00e1 que h\u00e1 alguns tipos adicionais que posso criar aqui.
