Exemplos comuns disso s\u00e3o o envio automaticamente de respostas em novos bilhetes, ou a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de novos bilhetes num projeto espec\u00edfico, ou a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o-os a um utilizador espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos ver como cri\u00e1-los e modific\u00e1-los. Clique no \u00edcone da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o aqui. Selecione a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o que deseja ser impactada. Neste caso, vamos olhar para os Bilhetes, e descer at\u00e9 \u00e0 sec\u00e7\u00e3o de automa\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de trabalho. Aqui, pode ver uma lista de automatiza\u00e7\u00f5es de fluxos de trabalho que est\u00e3o a decorrer nos seus bilhetes. Por exemplo, este publica automaticamente novos bilhetes no portal do cliente. Este envia um e-mail ao solicitador quando o estado \u00e9 atualizado. Existem algumas automatiza\u00e7\u00f5es desativadas dispon\u00edveis, tamb\u00e9m. Vamos mostrar-lhes.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 um que atribui novos bilhetes. Posso lig\u00e1-lo se quiser us\u00e1-lo, ou posso deslig\u00e1-los se n\u00e3o quiser.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos dar uma olhada mais detalhadamente na automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do &#8220;solicitador de e-mail quando o estado de administra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 atualizado&#8221;. Neste caso, \u00e9 quando o estado do ciclo de vida muda.<\/p>\n<p>O verde representa as a\u00e7\u00f5es que o OneDesk tomar\u00e1 quando este evento de gatilho ocorrer nestes itens. Neste caso, \u00e9 &#8220;enviar e-mail&#8221;. Se clicar nessa etiqueta, posso, de facto, ver os detalhes deste e-mail. Aqui, a a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 &#8220;enviar e-mail&#8221;.
