A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para iOS e Android para os seus utilizadores e oferece muitas novidades e funcionalidades. A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel est\u00e1 ligada \u00e0 sua principal aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web, permitindo-lhe aceder ou atualizar os seus bilhetes e tarefas, iniciar sess\u00e3o e comunicar com a sua equipa ou clientes. A maioria das configura\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel e devem ser acedidas a partir da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o principal da web.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o M\u00f3vel vs. Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de Navegador M\u00f3vel<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m temos a vers\u00e3o m\u00f3vel responsiva do OneDesk. O Mobile-Friendly OneDesk (MFOD) como \u00e9 chamado, est\u00e1 acess\u00edvel a partir de qualquer navegador m\u00f3vel e funciona de forma semelhante \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel. As principais diferen\u00e7as s\u00e3o: 1) o MFOD \u00e9 acedido a partir de um browser m\u00f3vel, enquanto a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel \u00e9 instalada no seu dispositivo m\u00f3vel. 2) Os clientes n\u00e3o fazem login na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel instalada. Primeiro vamos falar sobre os bilhetes e aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de tarefas. Assim, por exemplo, se um utilizador n\u00e3o administrador n\u00e3o tiver acesso \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de bilhetes, tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 v\u00ea-la na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toque no menu superior direito de hamb\u00fargueres (as tr\u00eas linhas) da sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de bilhetes\/tarefas para aceder ao painel lateral. O painel lateral permite-lhe aceder ao seu perfil e aos filtros de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Pode atualizar a sua imagem de perfil e as prefer\u00eancias lingu\u00edsticas clicando no seu perfil. Caso contr\u00e1rio, a partir deste painel lateral \u00e9 poss\u00edvel pesquisar bilhetes\/tarefas, bem como filtrar a sua lista de bilhetes\/tarefas com base em diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es. Tal como a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o principal da web, <a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/pt-pt\/videos\/onedesk-getting-start-comunicando-com-clientes-cliente-organizacoes\/\">as &#8216;respostas do cliente&#8217;<\/a>&#8216; s\u00e3o vis\u00edveis para qualquer cliente que seja o solicitador do bilhete\/tarefa. Embora as mensagens internas s\u00f3 possam ser vistas pelos utilizadores.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Iniciar a hora iniciando um temporizador ou enviando uma folha de tempo.  <\/strong>  Se fechar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, o temporizador continuar\u00e1 em funcionamento (at\u00e9 o parar). As mensagens internas est\u00e3o apenas com a sua equipa e n\u00e3o podem ser vistas pelos clientes. Pode escrever a sua mensagem, anexar um ficheiro ou adicionar algu\u00e9m como seguidor \u00e0 conversa\u00e7\u00e3o. Os formul\u00e1rios permitem aos utilizadores criar um novo bilhete ou tarefa. Os formul\u00e1rios em telem\u00f3vel correspondem \u00e0s configura\u00e7\u00f5es que esuprote na sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web principal.
