A grande caracter\u00edstica desta vers\u00e3o \u00e9 a Base de Conhecimento, e escrevi alguns artigos que a cobrem <a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/how-to-use-the-onedesk-knowledge-base\/\">aqui<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/how-to-enable-and-use-the-onedesk-knowledgebase\/\">aqui.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adicion\u00e1mos tamb\u00e9m algumas caracter\u00edsticas menores que gostaria de cobrir tamb\u00e9m:<\/p>\n<h3>Novas op\u00e7\u00f5es de configura\u00e7\u00e3o para o Portal do Cliente \/ Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es Debase de Conhecimento<\/h3>\n<p>Adicionamos continuamente uma nova funcionalidade ao portal dos clientes, e esta vers\u00e3o introduz as seguintes op\u00e7\u00f5es de configura\u00e7\u00e3o para que possa personalizar ainda mais as suas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es viradas para o cliente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ocultar op\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b>de triagem s &#8211; Se n\u00e3o quiser que os seus clientes sejam capazes de classificar os bilhetes ou artigos, pode desativar isto<\/li>\n<li><b>Ocultar as op\u00e7\u00f5es do filtro do painel esquerdo<\/b> &#8211; Se n\u00e3o quiser exibir o painel lateral de filtragem, tamb\u00e9m pode deslig\u00e1-lo.<\/li>\n<li><b>As propriedades do produto mostrar\/ocultar na p\u00e1gina de detalhes do item<\/b> &#8211; Agora existem dezenas de propriedades que pode optar por exibir (ou esconder) do painel de detalhes do bilhete.<\/li>\n<li><b>Limitar o portal a tipos de artigos especificados<\/b> &#8211; Isto permite-lhe fazer um portal p\u00fablico para mostrar apenas tipos espec\u00edficos de itens (como artigos base de conhecimento)<\/li>\n<li><b>M\u00faltiplos portais<\/b> &#8211; Agora pode criar e configurar v\u00e1rios portais para a sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, cada um para um p\u00fablico, projeto ou produto diferente.
