Este post ir\u00e1 dar-lhe uma vis\u00e3o geral das caracter\u00edsticas deste novo lan\u00e7amento, mas ao longo das pr\u00f3ximas semanas vamos escrever artigos mais aprofundados sobre cada uma das principais novidades. Ent\u00e3o, sem mais demoras, aqui est\u00e3o as grandes novidades no lan\u00e7amento de mar\u00e7o de 2020 do OneDesk:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>As Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Clientes est\u00e3o muito melhoradas.<\/h2>\n<p>As Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Clientes no OneDesk costumavam ser recipientes simples que seguram os clientes. Foram agora atualizados para se tornarem a sua pr\u00f3pria entidade com o seu pr\u00f3prio painel de detalhes, propriedades e funcionalidades.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-position: outside;\">\n<li>Adicione um dom\u00ednio de e-mail a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para colocar automaticamente novos clientes nessa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Os dom\u00ednios do Webmail (como o gmail) n\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidos e um dom\u00ednio de e-mail pode ser adicionado apenas a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes de cada vez.<\/li>\n<li>Crie automaticamente novas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de clientes quando os e-mails s\u00e3o recebidos de novos dom\u00ednios. Esta funcionalidade \u00e9 descolou por padr\u00e3o para as contas OneDesk existentes. A principal melhoria \u00e9 que as equipas passam a ser a forma recomendada de partilhar projetos com os utilizadores.<br \/>\nOs utilizadores t\u00eam agora fun\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto dentro de uma equipa. Al\u00e9m disso, tivemos tamb\u00e9m as integra\u00e7\u00f5es oneDesk publicadas nos diret\u00f3rios e mercados para Okta, Slack e Azure.<\/p>\n<h2>Melhorias de pesquisa<\/h2>\n<p>A pesquisa nos pontos de vista dos itens agora tamb\u00e9m devolve pastas cujos nomes correspondem aos crit\u00e9rios de pesquisa.<br \/>\nPesquisar em conversas agora tamb\u00e9m pesquisa dentro dos endere\u00e7os de e-mail dos participantes da conversa.<\/p>\n<h2>Outras Melhorias:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"list-style-position: outside;\">\n<li>A triagem por campos personalizados \u00e9 agora poss\u00edvel nas grelhas de itens<\/li>\n<li>As vistas agrupadas agora mostram contadores em cada agrupamento<\/li>\n<li>Melhor desempenho no portal do cliente<\/li>\n<li>As automa\u00e7\u00f5es passam a permitir-lhe enviar e-mails apenas para os seguidores do artigo.
