OneDesk m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r en enorm m\u00e5ngsidighet i hur du arbetar, och varje f\u00f6retag kommer att ha sina egna arbetsfl\u00f6den. Det f\u00f6rsta steget f\u00f6r att best\u00e4mma hur du ska organisera ditt arbete \u00e4r att f\u00e5 en f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r strukturen i OneDesk. Vi vill hj\u00e4lpa dig att f\u00e5 ut det mesta av dina m\u00f6jligheter och organisera ditt arbete logiskt. I den h\u00e4r artikeln ska jag g\u00e5 igenom n\u00e5gra b\u00e4sta praxis och vanliga konfigurationer. Kom ih\u00e5g att du med tiden kan flytta objekt och skapa nya organisationsniv\u00e5er. Portf\u00f6ljer \u00e4r som mappar, de \u00e4r enkla objekt som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att skapa strukturell hierarki och dela upp projekt. Ofta kommer portf\u00f6ljer att representera olika avdelningar, kunder eller releaser. Projekt \u00e4r mer &#8220;komplexa&#8221; objekt och kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r<strong> <\/strong>planering, sp\u00e5rning, organisering och uppdelning av arbetet. F\u00f6r den h\u00e4r artikeln kommer vi att fokusera p\u00e5 de tv\u00e5 sista aspekterna.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Organisering av arbetet<\/strong> &#8211; Projekt b\u00f6r inneh\u00e5lla alla uppgifter och\/eller biljetter som \u00e4r relaterade till eller beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att slutf\u00f6ra projektet.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uppdelning av arbete<\/strong> &#8211; Projekt delas med anv\u00e4ndare, vanligtvis per team. Om ett projekt INTE delas med kommer du inte att se detta projekt eller objekten i det. Om du vill h\u00e5lla is\u00e4r arbetet mellan team eller avdelningar \u00e4r projekt ett bra s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra det. (L\u00e4s mer om delning: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.onedesk.com\/app-od\/o-onedesk\/knowledge-base-1\/article-f5ed6016-8fad-4c07-8102-3fdd59dea506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dela med anv\u00e4ndare och team )<\/a><\/span> .<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tips<\/strong> : rensa ditt konto ibland genom att <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.onedesk.com\/app-od\/o-onedesk\/knowledge-base-1\/article-310fa00d-90c1-43c3-b52d-105e53682227\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arkivera projekt<\/a><\/span> .  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mappar  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mappar anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att bryta upp ett projekt. Precis som portf\u00f6ljer \u00e4r de enkla objekt som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att gruppera eller dela upp arbete. Mappar inneh\u00e5ller biljetter eller uppgifter.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artiklar &#8211; Biljetter och uppgifter<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6rem\u00e5l \u00e4r det minsta du arbetar med &#8211; biljetter och uppgifter. Dessa ing\u00e5r i projekt. Det enda undantaget \u00e4r avsnittet &#8220;utanf\u00f6r projekt&#8221;. Teoretiskt kan du l\u00e4gga alla f\u00f6rem\u00e5l h\u00e4r men det finns n\u00e5gra nackdelar. Till exempel kan uppgifter h\u00e4r inte ha <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.onedesk.com\/app-od\/o-onedesk\/knowledge-base-1\/article-e43e9852-7b20-4f1c-8917-932f88ff3d8a\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">schemabegr\u00e4nsningar<\/span><\/a> , det finns inga projektroller\/beh\u00f6righeter och med tiden kan det bli r\u00f6rigt.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-should-i-use-projects-for-tickets\">Hur ska jag anv\u00e4nda projekt f\u00f6r biljetter?  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt kan anv\u00e4ndas som &#8220;l\u00e5dor&#8221; eller beh\u00e5llare f\u00f6r att organisera eller dela biljetter. Du kan till exempel anv\u00e4nda projekt f\u00f6r att separera biljetter baserat p\u00e5 avdelningar, kvarter, team eller andra problem. Detta \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt anv\u00e4ndbart om du har flera avdelningar som anv\u00e4nder ett konto. Varje avdelning beh\u00f6ver kanske bara se sina egna projekt. S\u00e5 detta f\u00f6renklar och effektiviserar deras arbetsfl\u00f6den. Att anv\u00e4nda projekt f\u00f6r biljetter \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbart \u00e4ven p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt f\u00f6r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organisation &#8211; Till exempel kan du ha biljetter i ett projekt som \u00e4r avsett f\u00f6r en viss version, versionsnummer, kvartal, s\u00e5 vidare. Detta g\u00f6r att du enkelt kan se vilka problem som h\u00e4nder inom den givna versionen, kvartalet, etc.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapportering \u2013 \u00c4ven om du kan filtrera till i stort sett vilken egenskap som helst i dina rapporter, till\u00e5ter projekt en annan niv\u00e5 av gruppering eller filtrering. S\u00e5 som ovan om du vill se en rapport \u00f6ver biljetter f\u00f6r en viss release, v\u00e4lj helt enkelt det releaseprojektet.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur samverkar arbetsvyer med min struktur?  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Din definierade hierarki visas i &#8220;Mapptr\u00e4det&#8221; i biljetter- eller uppgiftsappen, projektomf\u00e5ngsv\u00e4ljaren eller vyn &#8220;By Portfolio&#8221; i projektappen. Arbetsvyer \u00e4r olika s\u00e4tt att se och interagera med din data. Till exempel &#8220;Flat&#8221; visar dina biljetter, uppgifter, etc., som en lista utan n\u00e5gon hierarki. Medan &#8220;Status Board&#8221; \u00e4r en Kanban-tavlavy som l\u00e5ter dig enkelt se status f\u00f6r biljetter eller uppgifter och uppdatera statusen med dra och sl\u00e4pp. S\u00e5 \u00e4ven om du inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis ser hierarkin i alla vyer, s\u00e5 finns den d\u00e4r! Projekt delas med en anv\u00e4ndare eller ett team. Om ett projekt inte delas med n\u00e5gon \u00e4r det projektet (eller n\u00e5gra objekt i det) INTE synliga f\u00f6r den anv\u00e4ndaren. Som ber\u00f6rts ovan \u00e4r detta en av f\u00f6rdelarna med att anv\u00e4nda projekt. Om tv\u00e5 separata avdelningar anv\u00e4nder ett konto kan du separera deras problem genom att anv\u00e4nda projekt.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c4r mina kunder i projekt?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inte exakt! Individuella kunder finns inom organisationer. D\u00e4remot kan projekt delas med enskilda kunder eller kundorganisationer. I detta fall \u00e4r projektet <em>kopplat<\/em> till kunden. S\u00e5, vyn &#8220;Efter kund&#8221; i din projektapplikation \u00e4r grupperad efter organisationen som \u00e4r associerad med projektet. Du kan ocks\u00e5 \u00f6ppna projektdetaljpanelen och se om projektet delas med en kund.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beroende p\u00e5 dina portalinst\u00e4llningar kan kunder se objekt i projektet. De kommer att f\u00e5 offentliga meddelanden om projektet. Inom varje portf\u00f6lj finns de olika projekt som teamet arbetar med. Kom ih\u00e5g att f\u00f6r denna konfiguration kan du v\u00e4lja att endast dela relevanta projekt f\u00f6r varje avdelning. Du kan anv\u00e4nda underportf\u00f6ljer f\u00f6r att ytterligare dela upp avdelningar eller platser. Inom varje portf\u00f6lj finns de olika kraven f\u00f6r utg\u00e5van. Du kan kanalisera biljetter f\u00f6r buggar, feedback etc. till ett s\u00e4rskilt projekt f\u00f6r varje utg\u00e5va.
