You can use OneDesk’s live chat support capability to provide real-time support to your customers. You can easily add the chat widget to your website. Your customers can even paste images or attach documents to their messages. Any messages they send to you will appear in the ‘messenger’ application in OneDesk, where you can respond and create tickets from those conversations.
You can customize many things about your live chat messenger. To access some of these customization options, navigate to the administrative section.
Under More Applications icon in the bottom left, Select the cog icon. Click Company Preferences, where you can change the bot avatar and name. This bot responds to your customers based on triggers you set.
In the Messenger application, you can change the way your live chat messenger looks, to make it fit your organization’s branding. You can also edit offline messages, customize online and offline greetings, and more.
