Using Charts, you can view graphs and charts that show you your team’s work progress, level of support, and more. You can also add filters to your views or project-level select.

With Scheduled Reports, you can create customized reports that, based on a schedule you set, are sent to your inbox with details about agent performances.

Using the Chart Widget allows you to see who is working, on what, view running timers, progress updates, and more.

Using custom views, you can see the performance of your agents in terms of hours worked, satisfaction rating, and more.
