OneDesk provides an integration with Dropbox, allowing you to attach files from your Dropbox to your tickets, tasks, or projects in your OneDesk account.
Here’s how it works and how to set it up. Head to your administration and then integrations tab. Expand the drop box integration here. You can see some of the details of this integration here. Click connect to connect your Dropbox account. You may be prompted to login to your Dropbox first, but once that is done you will see that you are connected. If at any time you want to disconnect your account just click disconnect.
Now that we are connected, let’s go check out how our integration works. Let me head to my tasks application and into the task detail panel. Select the attach file and you will see a new option here now. This allows you to attach files from your Dropbox account. Select Attach from Dropbox and choose the files you want to attach to this item. Pretty simple! It is now easy to share your Dropbox files with your customers or teammates.
