OneDesk offers two mobile options for users. First is the iOS/Android apps available for download on each respective app store. Second, the mobile-friendly web browser-based application (referred to as Mobile-Friendly OneDesk or MFOD), which is accessible by logging in from a mobile browser.
For information on the customer’s mobile experience please refer to: Mobile Customer Experience
What can users see on the iOS/Android app and Mobile-Friendly OneDesk?
On the mobile applications a user should see the same items they would see inside the main app. As such, users will see the items and conversations they are assigned to, items they have requested, and items in projects shared with them.
Similarly, user permissions correspond to those applied within the main application.
Panel configuration (mobile view filters)
On the Mobile Friendly OneDesk and the mobile app, users can filter the view of their items from the right side panel.
The following filter options are available by default:

You can configure which view filters are displayed on the panel. Go to: Administration → Name of Ticket/Task Portal → “Views to Display on Mobile-Friendly App”
