Requirements can be captured in the following ways:

Create requirements from feedback, ideas and support tickets
The seamless nature of OneDesk allows you to define requirements from existing items and establish dependencies. This creates traceable requirements as any activity history, notes, discussions and attachment around the original items can be preserved.

Import requirements
Requirements can be imported from .csv files.

Manually enter your requirements
Simply enter requirements directly into the requirements application.
