An AI Copilot, in the context of help desk software, is a kind of personal agent assistant. The copilot helps agents find the best saved replies (canned responses) or knowledgebase articles to answer a ticket or chat, based on the context. The Copilot can also generate a reply on behalf of the human agent. 

The human agent can click the AI Copilot button from within the conversation. The Copilot will then look for the best available replies or articles to answer the ticket or chat. The human can select from the available options and edit the response if necessary before sending it. 

Yes, OneDesk has other AI features available and included in one plan. These include AI chat agent, AI article generation, knowledgebase search, and summaries. 

The Copilot learns, suggests content, and generates replies based on what you train it on. You can teach it based on your website, knowledgebase articles, saved replies, and/or previous replies made by human agents.
